In addition to workshops, yoga, and other planned activities, you may choose to add healing massage services during your retreat. Indulge in the beauty of nature and the luxury of time as you embark on this transformative journey.
Embody
Take time to invest in yourself with workshops and yoga led by licensed psychotherapists- learn about mindfulness, nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and relationship with self and others. All activities are designed to guide you in reconnecting to yourself, gain clarity about how to best care for yourself and live more authentically. Ample time for rest and relaxation are built in to the retreat. Enjoy fun excursions including a monkey hike and mangrove kayak tour. Enjoy time soaking up the sun by the infinity pool or private beach.
